"[WHAT A CARING AGENT!] We have been with this agent for about 2.5 years. However, we have been thinking about switching to another agent, but I just haven't had a chance to shop around. That's why we are still with this one. Long story short: 1) our experiments with this agent are NOT GOOD AT ALL! 2) I don't understand why this agent can get 4.8 starts. So, I am sharing my true story here. Due to the length limit, I am putting the detailed store in the attached images. Please read it if you have time. But the two take-home points above are good enough if you don't. [BTW, I don't know if it only happens to us or to everyone. On the State Farm website, I can only see my recent bill under "bill history." It seems I cannot find any of the previous bills. Again, this never happened again with our previous insurance company. I guess they remove/hide the previous bills to prevent you from noticing your price changes.]"

"This experience I’ve had with State Farm is legitimately one of the most frustrating and stressful ones I’ve had with a carrier to date. They kept raising my premium randomly, even when my six month contract was still not fulfilled, for no apparently reason. When I would walk in to the office to simply ask why, the person I’d speak with would simply have no answer. I did everything they asked to be able to save and bundle, yet I would frequently be getting a surprise through the mail. Yet, I allowed it to happen and kept allowing it to raise. I went from paying $235 to almost $400 around a year and a half without any explanation. Also, due to this dramatic increase, I decided to go somewhere else upon shopping with another A rated carrier and they told me those price increases especially that often, was simply not normal. I signed with the new company September 5th, 2024 and called Kevin’s office to specifically cancel my policies (renters and auto) at the end of the month since my monthly premium had already been made. I asked if I needed to go fill in a paper or something in writing and the lady at a the office said no, it’s effectively cancelled. I had a gut feeling and I should’ve trusted it. Fast forward to this month, I am texted on the 4th saying I have an overdue balance and that I need to pay it now. I called the office and spoke with a woman named sandy I think and she simply , like the others, had no explanation as to why it wasn’t effectively cancelled and why I was still being charged and asked me for the day I canceled? Is there no notations? That day is when I firmly said both need to be canceled and should have been canceled as of last month. She said she will fix it and that I should’ve spoken with (1 of the two women at the office) and it was an error on one of their behalfs and nothing to worry about. Yet again, I asked if there’s anything I need to do to have it set in writing because of this mishap, she said no. Fast forward to today, I get yet another notification through email saying my policy has been reinstated. I call the number I have and this lady answers and totally disregards my concerns and replied to me in a condescending manner after expressing myself, she responded, “if that’s how you feel” “we are the biggest insurance company all around.” Okay. like really? I’m an insurance broker and I don’t treat clients like that. This company is trash. Overcharging people for no reason and having incompetent people working for “the biggest company.” She even told me there’s 4 women working there? I even told her that was a lie. Which one is it? 2 or 4? Can’t even trust the word of the current people working in office. Don’t waste your time here."

"Don’t get insurance from this place, I had 5 cars with them and they removed my multiple car discount because I switched my homeowners insurance because they were charging double than other places did, and when I had water damage at the house to replace the floor they said deductible was $ 4,000 and feel bad for other customers that I gave to them also, now I have to tell other people how bad is the service with this place"
"Mr. Gelashvili, I reviewed your policy with us and I believe there is a bit of a misunderstanding taking place here. I can confirm that State Farm did not remove your multi car discount. When you discontinued your homeowner's insurance with State Farm, the auto policy was no longer eligible for the home and auto discount. As for the homeowners insurance deductible, it is typically 1%-5% of the total amount the home is insured for - so as an example if your home is insured for $500k then the deductible will be $5,000. I'm happy to continue to address your specific concerns offline to clarify the terms of our insurance contact. "

"I recently was in a car crash in which the other driver t boned me and I have insurance through this State Farm office and have for several years. I have so much appreciation for how supported I felt through the entire process. I primarily spoke to Sandy and Megan throughout the claim and not only did they answer all my calls and questions, but they provided a lot of mental/emotional support and assurance through that stressful period. They went above and beyond. They would also sit on hold with claims for me so I didnt endure the wait times. I’m truly extremely grateful for this office and hopefully will have insurance through them for a very long time to come. Highly recommend going through this office if you are in need of insurance!"
